APS com Serviço de Acção Social - Atendimento

Atendimento e Serviço de Acção Social na Associação Portuguesa de Surdos.

O serviço de acção social desenvolve actividades que procuram ir de encontro com as necessidades da população surda e/ou com deficiência auditiva que recorrem com frequência à Associação Portuguesa de Surdos, tendo sobre sua responsabilidade a coordenação de dois serviços:
Serviço de Atendimento e Acompanhamento Social
Serviço que disponibiliza um(a) assistente social para atender, orientar (informar / esclarecer) e apoiar psicossocialmente a pessoa surda, e sua família, mobilizando recursos (da instituição ou comunitários) e procedendo a encaminhamentos para programas, equipamentos, serviços ou prestações sociais.

Horário de Atendimento:
Terça-feira: 14h30 às 18h00
Quinta-feira: 10h00 às 13h00 e das 14h30 às 18h00
